American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
AAP and its members dedicate their efforts and resources to attaining the optimal physical, mental and social health and well being for all infants, children, adolescents and young adults. AAP has approximately 60,000 members in the United States, Canada and Latin America, who include pediatricians, pediatric medical subspecialists and pediatric surgical specialists.

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)
AAPA is the only national professional society representing the more than 70,000 physician assistants (PAs) in all areas of medicine. Founded in 1968, the Academy has a federated structure of 57 chartered chapters representing PAs in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam and the federal services. AAPA’s mission is to provide quality, cost-effective and accessible health care as well as to support the professional and personal development of PAs. As of July 2008, AAPA has approximately 41,000 members.

ACOG is a leading group of professionals providing health care for women. AAFA is a patient organization for people with asthma and allergies. Canyon Ranch Institute
Canyon Ranch Institute is dedicated to inspiring and educating people to make positive, healthy choices for themselves, their families and their communities. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
CDC, one of the 13 major operating components of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is the nation's premiere health promotion, prevention and preparedness agency and a global leader in public health. CDC works with states and other partners to provide a system of health surveillance to monitor and prevent disease outbreaks, implement disease prevention strategies and maintain national health statistics. Every Child By Two (ECBT)
ECBT, the Carter/Bumpers Campaign for Early Childhood Immunization, works to educate families about the need for all children to receive timely immunizations. The organization also continues to seek methods to institutionalize vaccine delivery and ensure access to vaccines. To forward its mission, ECBT enlists the support of elected officials and their spouses, concerned community leaders and representatives of many national organizations.

Families Fighting Flu, Inc.
Families Fighting Flu is an organization made up of families and pediatricians who have experienced, first-hand, the loss of a child to influenza flu or have had a child experience severe medical complications from influenza. The organization advocates that parents get their children vaccinated against influenza every year.

Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF)
IDF is a national health organization dedicated to improving the diagnosis and treatment of primary immune deficiency diseases through research, education and advocacy. Immunization Action Coalition (IAC)
IAC works to increase immunization rates and prevent disease by creating and distributing educational materials for health professionals and the public that enhance the delivery of safe and effective immunization services. National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP)
With approximately 7,000 members, NAPNAP is the professional association for PNPs and other advanced practice nurses who care for children. National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA)
NHMA provides policymakers and health care professionals with expert information and support in strengthening health service delivery to Hispanic communities across the nation. The mission is to improve the health of Hispanic and other underserved populations. NHMA represents 36,000 licensed Hispanic physicians in the United States.
